When I was young, I tried my hand at a lot of sports, but I couldn't really complete myself in any of them. I got to know squash in 2000, which became an eternal love for me. I have been training with a coach since the beginning. I competed in both the junior and adult categories, and I am currently representing myself in the senior MASTERS competitions. I completed the squash coaching course at the Hungarian University of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, but since then I have participated in countless further trainings, where I could learn from coaches such as Omar Abdel Aziz - under whom former world number one male player Karim Abdel Gawad and former world number one female player Nouran Gohar trained. People from the age of 12 to the age of 69 have come to me, and regardless of age or gender, I strive to find a common voice with everyone in order to achieve our common goal. This can be preparation for amateur competitions, learning and developing technical or tactical elements, improving endurance, or an introduction to the world of squash so that you can discover this sport with a solid foundation.
