KISPÉTER ÁDÁM
At the age of 10, I entered the squash court for the first time thanks to my family. After my father, my brothers were the first to get interested in the sport, and then I was also infected by this sport. When I picked up a squash racket for the first time, of course, no one could have imagined that it would grow like this, and since then it has been an integral part of my work, hobby and life.
I didn't plan to become a coach one day, I never had such ambitions. Still, it would be hard for me to imagine my life any other way right now. I acquired the basics of the sport, as well as my first teaching experience, in Szeged and Békéscsaba, thanks to my training coach. After the initial successes, I already received help in Budapest and completed the ESF Level 1 training of the International Squash Association. That's when I joined Aktív Squash Klub, where you can still find me today. I also had the opportunity to learn from one of the most famous Egyptian coaches within the framework of the training organized by the Hungarian Handball Association. After that, I successfully completed the specific specialty of the International Sports Coaching Academy (I.S.A.) in handball. To this day, I am looking for opportunities to increase my knowledge, which I am happy to pass on to both children and adults.
In addition to technical and tactical elements, endurance exercises play an important role in my training. Individual, pair and/or group training is possible regardless of skill level and gender. In addition to the guaranteed good atmosphere, I build my classes individually depending on your own goals. In general, I put a lot of emphasis on situational and playful tasks, so it is inevitable that you will feel tired and that your shirt stays dry after training.
I encourage everyone to try themselves, regardless of age, and dare to step out of their comfort zone if they feel like it, because it's worth it!
During my racing career, I achieved many junior and adult successes. As a multiple member of the junior national team, I was able to experience many things at a young age. In the last 18 years since I've been in this world, a lot has changed and evolved. That's what makes this sport so exciting for me, because you have to keep up with new inspirations. I am lucky to have been part of a team that won multiple gold medals and won the Hungarian Cup at the first class team championship. I am currently also strengthening the adult national team, and I still regularly compete or accompany my students. I consider it important to keep myself in training, as I always learn something new at every competition and training even to this day.
In the Aktív Squash Klub, you can find it almost every day of the week. During the week, I undertake training from morning to evening, and on weekends I organize competitions, where we welcome everyone from complete beginners to professionals.
