RULES

1. You can book a court in person, by phone or through the online court booking system. WE CANNOT HANDLE RESERVATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS BY E-MAIL! A rental contract is created between the club and the player "renter", the terms of which are contained in these rules.

2. The pre-booked court can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours before the requested time, in case of a later cancellation, the rental fee will be charged at the counter.

3. Players with a fixed season ticket are not entitled to a refund if they do not show up at the specified time, cancellation within 24 hours will be deducted from the season ticket.

4. In case of using the lockers, the tenant is obliged to give a deposit, which will be returned at the same time as the locker key is returned.

5. The operator is not responsible for valuables left unattended in the locker rooms or in the club, everyone is responsible for their own safety.

6. When using the courts, it is mandatory to use grip in good condition, light-soled, clean shoes, and appropriate sportswear, and the operator may refuse to play due to their absence.

7. The prices of the Aktív Squash Club are included in the posted price lists, and the staff may not deviate from them.

8. Smoking is prohibited in the entire area of ​​the club!

9. Players and guests are required to maintain cleanliness and use the courts and other club premises for their intended purpose.

10. Players are required to compensate for any damage they cause.

11. The courts are used at their own risk, the club does not assume any responsibility for any injuries that may occur. The use of protective glasses is recommended during the game.

12. The glass walls of the courts meet normal usage conditions. In the event of a load greater than normal or intentional damage, the glass wall may explode and break into pieces that do not pose a serious threat to physical integrity, for which the person causing the damage is liable to compensate. The operator does not assume liability for accidents resulting from broken glass.

13. The club reserves the right to use the courts at a pre-determined time due to events or competitions. In such cases, guests with season tickets will be provided with a court at a different time.

14. The club may refuse to use the court in the following cases:- If the player is in an unfit state for sports (under the influence of alcohol, drugs)- If the player behaves in a way that endangers the physical safety of others.- If the player behaves in a way that disturbs guests and staff (yelling, hitting, damaging equipment)

In such cases, the player is obliged to pay for the use of the court regardless of whether he has played the full 60 minutes. In serious cases, behaviour that is not appropriate for the club may result in a ban.

15. Permanent court reservations are possible in person, by signing a statement to this effect, in which the person requesting the reservation is obliged to provide his/her real data. In case of non-cancellation or cancellation within 24 hours, the staff will act as described in the statement.

16. In case of delay, it is only possible to play the 60 minutes if all the courts are not full from the next time. If there is no free court available, the 60 minutes must still be paid for.

17. The allocation of courts is carried out by the staff.

18. It is advisable to arrive a quarter of an hour before the reserved time. The reservation time means the start of court use, not your arrival time.

19. We can only provide court rental for an hour and a half if there are several free courts at the following or preceding time.
